JAL: No intention to discriminate Singapore male applicants

It's the same for all job ads: anybody is free to apply, but whether you get shortlisted for interview is another matter. ;)

Some of them are worse: they had no intention of giving you the job from the very beginning, but they still ask you to go for an interview, just to prove to the MOM that they have given you 'fair consideration'. ;)

National Service is a phucking burden. Nearly all Sinkies and foreigners I met feel it is a waste of time and a massive hindrance to their personal lives and careers. We all want the security, but think it is too expensive to pay for it. Besides, every Sinkie knows in their heart that doing NS is a huge sacrifice on their careers, while foreigners and women get ahead at their expense. And the best part is, some of the most successful and honoured people in Singapore got to their status not by patriotism, but by knowing when to switch loyalties at the correct time. Only morons die for their country.
