So, he smoked some weed. He didn't assault anybody. He didn't rob anyone. Steal anything. Destroy or vandalise any property. He did not harm anything. Neither was he a danger to anything, anyone. And yet he was jailed as a criminal! It is time this law was reviewed and updated. Am not saying pot should be legalized, but for what it is, it should at least be decriminalized. Nobody should be jailed for using ganja. It is harmless. It is the law that is harmful.
