Last time I work in Skills Development Fund…the course providers are just jumping on the band wagon as gahmen are subsiding the costs of the training and they anyhow hash up a training program and sell it to the companies as it is cheap.

Whenever there is “free” money from gahmen there will be scams and abuses.
