MBT is the idiot who screwed up the real estate landscape so badly. First, he stopped building smaller hdb units. And he slowed down the rest of hdb builds. Newly weds waited years while the low income had no place to stay.
And under him private property prices shot up ridiculously.
In the end he was asked to leave.
On the political front he is a boot kicker, ass kisser but that could not even help his ouster.
