They promote development of MHA in SPF & SCDF & keep MHA busy, they give the family courts work & the ministry of family etc....work, so that, they can get paid...they keep COURTS the retailers & others going with their business & they support the motorcycles & cigarettes business & keep soccer alive...& the list go on & on...
