Circuit breaker not a new term. He copied it from American stock markets.
You are lucky to have a government that you can learn from. Most governments offer absolutely nothing.
A promise breaker talking about a circuit breaker.....
1. Circuit breaker in electrical technology means prevention of surge of current or voltage from supply chain power station to sub station to 2.2kV Transformer fault or malfunction to damage yr fridge and other devices equipment or machines. Saves damage of electrical devices from surge or spike in electrical current.
2. Also to breakaway the current from the power unit to human who touched a live wire... Saves life in this case.
As such she was right using this terminology... She was a electrical engineer graduate, siboh...
Therefore, in this virus thing, circuit breaker is to prevent surge of virus infection from the supply chain, the main source to sub source and the spreader carrier to a clean human.
Or break up an infected human from the supply chain the main source sub source and soreader, isolate the human from death, contain the source of spread the main power source, sub power source and spreader source...
