The more i read about Ukrainian news the more shocked and saddened I've become over the blatant crimes against humanity the UN and EU didn't address until Putin invaded.

The West is well aware of the shenanigans and avoid providing further military training to the Azov thugs since. They don't want anything to do with them any more. At the same time they were still dangling the possibility of Ukraine joining NATO prior to the current conflict. Anyone would be suspicious of their intentions.

It turns out there are 2 conditions for hired mercenaries in Ukraine:
1) Contract has no end date - it ends when the Ukrainian authorities declare so, premature departure will be dealt with as 逃兵
2) Remuneration? Apparently not US$1k to US$2k per day… according to some sources it is US$240 per month
