the documentaries say these pickpockets and shoplifters are mainly Gipsy charbors ... they still carry on the culture and practice of trading young charbors as wives in their Gipsy Marketplace and all the chabors confirm bergins one (U get to show off the Nippon Flag next morning to their entire tribe and family to boast) ....
