Nah LKY had a vision he promised to take care of the poor in SG.
We the older generation work so hard to fulfil that vision. WE build SG not him. Its fair to say he lead us and together we build SG. W/o us SG wouldn't have made it. We forgo our roots to look for better place to live. Just Like Kunta Kinte in "ROOTS"
The present younger generation the SINKIES 40% that failed and trouble makers and those that give up on the fight and migrated keep blaming the rest to cover up their failure.
Did all the old uncles migrate away? No.
We fought we riot and build SG, then the newbies grew up and they ran away.. Even wooden's daughter ran away... So you think the poor are not well taken care right ? I think so too but you can't even make a strong Oppo gangnam style for us to vote for. Instil riots day in day out trying to destroy what your father and grand father worked so hard to build and raise you up. We fought we achieve we have family.. parents, wife, children, businesses.. trying to build a better place to live in and if everyone else are dogs you are strays with rabies.

That's rubbish. The Chinese coolies left the motherland to work for the Ang Mohs. They had no intention of building an independent nation. All they wanted was to earn a living.
