Obviously rentals are killing the brick and mortar business-so much so that even banks have to close down branches.
Almost everything is cheaper on the internet but we are still building more and more boring shopping centres which are all clones of each other-with CapitaLand in the
"lead".
The lack of ideas and innovation from these million dollar ministers are really appalling. You have people spending their entire lives in the uniform services and suddenly asked to run the country-what do you expect?
Name me one minister who can successfully run a business from start up stage -instead you have all these scholars destroying shareholders value
