5 years is long wait to see hope ! So GE is about the voters and also about winning votes for Oppo parties !
Oppo parties will never win sympathy votes !
First, the voters you face mostly are low-EQ people, second, you face a bunch of PAP prostitutes who are incompetent to debate (off the record, know in your heart Ok oredi ) !
The advantage Oppo parties have in Sinkapore is PAP candidates cannot speak up for the voters becos they have to conform and defend PAP policies while Oppo parties can speak up the voters ! So, speak with a fair mind and with a clear conscience will win votes !
PAP has nothing to talk about except “good govt, honest Govt”, that is all they know, other than that, they are all ears and eyes to nit pick Oppo parties during GE ! So Oppo parties cannot make a fool of themselves during the short 9 days !
Things Oppo parties can talk to the voters -------
1. First of all, tell the voters that Elections’candidates though it is best to have good CVs but these people must able to debate and overturn policies that are bad for the voters in the parliament ! Elections is about voters ! What is a Good Govt and Honest Govt ? It must translate into greater good for the voters -----voters must see and experience true wealth coming to them ! At the moment, give an example---a local sweeper only earn $1000 a month comparing to Istana people who earn 500k to 700k per month…..tell the voters to decide what is right what is wrong ! Do we have a fair solution if Minimum wage is not the answer ?
2. Avoid race issues, just say Oppo parties respect every race in Sinkapore and will do the best for all, just tell the voters that Oppo parties see everybody as sinkaporeans !
3. FT issues ---this is bit sensitive becos many of this species oredi new citizens. You people should know this is one big army PAP wants to rely on to win votes. This is what FT policy is all about eversince 2006 ! This is a big monster PAP has created. However, Oppo parties can win their votes if you people focus on real issues and propose good ideas and practical suggestions to better the livelihood ! You see their children will also be affected if they really want to live here for long, so you see the point. Not all new citizens are rich , bear in mind ! Be careful , try to win their votes !
4. Public housing policy has oredi failed big time in sinkapore since wanton FT policy was introduced by PAP ! This is a side effect of power lusting ! In fact, the public housing policy has oredi damaged beyond repair , so to speak ! If Oppo parties suggest no COV , you lose votes ! Suggest lower house value , you also lose votes ! Public houses carry a political price not the true price, and this is a big hole, it will haunt the public one day soon. So when Oppo parties talk about Public housing policy , you have to be very careful ! But one thing is true, you must tell voters HDB flats are not property of Singaporeans , Singaporeans are just buying lease and selling lease ! When 99 years is up, the whole thing goes back to state! Singaporeans are just buying lease and selling lease ! Yes, some cuntries also sell lease but the price to buy lease in sinkapore wants a lifetime payment ! In the case, tell the voters that lift upgrading is actually a rectification work not upgrading ! Think of a way on how to suggest to the voters HDB flats titles must come under sinkaporeans and HDB flats should be owned by sinkaporeans not HDB ! This point must hit the nails !
5. Money exchange rate---tell the voters that one sin dollars equal to nearly 3 ringgits. So you see when a Malaysian works on $1000 per month, he or she could be having double or triple pay back home. They have hope and future but what about Singaporeans working on the $1000, paying CPF and first world expenses ! Ask the voters ! Give more examples ---sin dollars to pesos, to dongs, etc !
6. No free lunch ---Oppo parties must know that they are dealing with low EQ voters who like to pay PAP Money, they are used to paying, and they love paying ! So if you say if you vote for me, you get this and that free----you sure lose votes ! These voters can be poor but they save to pay PAP their bills you know ! Weird but true, like the hongkees who love traffic jams ! The best way to put it across ---TV license is too high, perhaps the fee should go down $50 becos most people are watching paid TV, so you see, people are paying double right ! 800k car owners, so you see when you suggest season carpark should also lowered to $30 per month, it is logical becos ERP and COE are far too high, and add to cost is high petrol duties and price , and on top of that, still got GST ! Like that, you do not take away their hobby of paying, they are still paying , you can win votes !
7. Household utility bills----GE coming, so PAP now talk about solar and nuclear but where are the results after so many years ? Public utilities are essential items and people use it everyday ! There should be no GST on these essential expenses becos price goes up and down on electricity , and there are simply too many taxes on potable water oredi……GST is too much to pay ! There are no free lunch and oppo parties can touch on this issue !
8. Making life better---rebates and subsides can be hypocritical , it does not solve root problems or enrich the voters! We are talking about true wealth, meaning you can see more disposable income to invest, to live decently without fear, save a little for rainy days, with extra money many things can be done and happiness hence----this is what GE is all about ! Tell voters to think about it ! Without good policies , there can be no happiness ! Ask voters what are they looking for ? Security and safe cuntry and good govt , you pay to your nose ?
Oppo parties are best if work together among some topics so when during GE, the voters get the same sentiment !
