Friend I also heard of such thing but when I think about what trouble Israel will attract if think it rather too irresponsible even for the PAP. What rationale to have such associations, plse explain?

it was supposed to be hush hush and kept in low profile, but the proverbial cat got out of the bag with herzog's 2-day visit to sg in 1986. by then, everybody including your closet lover knew about the close relations between sg and israel. read up. info is out there.
