That is either polytheism, some guy suffering from schizophenia, or some loser trying to inflate his selfworth by calling himself as a plural 'we'.

The alternative is that this god is just a human invention, a freudian slip by human scribes. Human scribes are used to using terms like 'we' to describe their human kings.
