1. Islamic socialists believe that the teachings of the Qur'an and Muhammad—especially the zakat—are not only compatible with principles of socialism, but also very supportive of them. They draw inspiration from the early Medinan welfare state established by Muhammad.

2. Both Ideologies have different Schools

• Communism has three major parts like Marxism, Anarcho-Communism and Religious communism.
• Marxism also has many Sub Schools like Leninism, Stalinism and Trotskism.
• Similarly, there are sects like Sunni-Shia-Ahmadi-Ebadi among Muslims.

3. Both Ideologies are Syndicalist {Give just measure and weight, nor withhold from the people the things that are their due; and do no mischief on the earth after it has been set in order.} (Al-A`raf 7:85)

4. Your servants are your brethren upon whom Allah has given you authority. So, if one has one's brethren under one's control, one should feed them with the like of what one eats and clothe them with the like of what one wears. You should not overburden them with what they cannot bear, and if you do so, help them in their hard job. (Al-Bukhari)

5. أعطوا الأجير أجره، قبل أن يجف عرقه
“Pay the worker for his work before his sweat dries” Muhammad SAW

6. Both Ideologies are more or less ecologist.

7. Both Ideologies more or less deny necessity of Borders among Countries.

8. Both Ideologies are more or less denies individual selfness.

9. Both ideologies prefer to work according to documents.

10. Both Ideologies deny Differences among Human races.
