Don't need to use ISA. Just charge him under subsection 3(1) of the Sedition Act:

3. —(1) A seditious tendency is a tendency —
(a) to bring into hatred or contempt or to excite disaffection against the Government;
(b) to excite the citizens of Singapore or the residents in Singapore to attempt to procure in Singapore, the alteration, otherwise than by lawful means, of any matter as by law established;
(c) to bring into hatred or contempt or to excite disaffection against the administration of justice in Singapore;
(d) to raise discontent or disaffection amongst the citizens of Singapore or the residents in Singapore;
(e) to promote feelings of ill-will and hostility between different races or classes of the population of Singapore.

Somehow it seems that he talks and acts without thinking of the long term consequences.

His problem is that he is so used to treating everyone in Singapore whom he dislikes with utter contempt, disdain and brute force. As such, he thinks he can shoot off his mouth any time, any day and and in any manner and there will be no consequences.

It doesn't help that he surrounds himself with prostitutes from the compliant judiciary and running dogs from his prostitute press and ISD attack dogs whose every "judgement", action and reports merely serve to reinforce his belief of what he says, his omniscience and his omnipotency.

Let's see what happens in Indonesia and Malaysia when his thoughtless, poisononous and contemptible characterisation of a religion with more than one billion adherents, spreads across the region.
