In all GEs, uniformed officers will be around for specific duties. Plainclothes officers come from land division where rallies are held. Intel Div CID will also kaypoh here and there. Police Intel Div will have presence too. Ditto ISD. Officers with ear piece or walkie talkies have diffrent roles from those others in plainclothes. Former to show presence and deter breach of public peace. Latter to identify and house potential trouble makers.
