Heard Dr Chee Soon Juan holds a tight grip over #SDP. Even high flyer like Dr Ang Yong Guan has not made cadre (I heard) and are not elected into it's CEC (correct me if I am wrong, pls). Was Dr Vincent Wijeysingha becoming too popular to become a threat to Dr Chee's leadership?

Vincent Wijeysingha is an important member of SDP's inner circle. He is the party treasurer. SDP intended to field him for the Punggol East by-election. Suddenly, Vincent quits SDP. Vincent says that being in SDP will prevent him from pursuing his civil rights agenda for gays. Is this true? Or is there some other reason that Dr Chee Soon Juan and the increasingly-popular Vincent Wijeysingha have had to part ways? Why hasn't anyone asked former SDP head Chiam See Tong about Dr Chee's management style? Can we really trust SDP to field candidates who won't quit half-way?

If I am not mistaken, VW spoke at the anti-Population White Paper protest at Hong Lim in Feb. CSJ has however not been a speaker at Hong Lim this year. Correct me if I am wrong on that. If however this is correct, then the question is: was VW invited to speak but CSJ not? :o

CSJ is the cause of the demise of SDP n he has set the opposition back for 10 years due to his clown like antics. Tat y pap let him off the hook cos he will destroy the oppos from within n he has minimal voter appeal. He nearly derailed the ponggol east BE. The sooner he is gotten rid of the better.

One thing about Vincent n him being a faggot aside. He actually add credibility to sdp in his arguments n written works. He stood his ground n even manage to go on the offensive during the tv debates against jo teo in the last erection. ..

Csj must b jealous as he is a lky wannabe. Tat y for oppo supporters. To end pappie tyranny more needs to be done to get rid of the 3rd rate oppos n oppo clowns. To move ahead we need to get the oppo house in order before moving on. If not. How to win against the pappies.?

Look at Vincent's performance in the video, this is the sort of opposition politician Singapore needs. Can attack the PAP, can prove the PAP wrong, can picha PAP lobang properly. Using proper facts and figures to hammer pap,.not like CSJ shouting and mucking things up..looking at the forum, I have no love for the left wing bleeding heart liberal bullshit sprouted by SDP but I cannot find fault with Vincent's argument against the PAP.
