I do agree that no pain no gain . In order to achieve something you must give up something . So you think it's also child abuse ?

In order to answer that question, I will need to know more about that kid's life. Like, what else does he/she do besides what is shown to me. Gets to play with other kids? Goes to school? Is he/she forced to do this or is it also partly voluntary? In some cases, it may be a blessing with parents that are supportive of certain activities for their children. Also, some children may have strong aspirations and with the right combination of factors, are advantaged in getting an early start in life.
