A STOMPer was driving along Thomson Rd when he came across a rather ‘disturbing’ scene.
In an MMS sent to STOMP today (23 Aug), the STOMPer says:

“It was raining heavily this morning at around 8 am. I was driving along Thomson Rd when I saw workers sitting at the back of an open truck covering themselves with black rubbish bags.

“I don’t know how they could breathe. They looked like bags of rubbish.

“It was such an eyesore.”
