Is there a difference in terms of quality/efficacy between NTUC housebrand pine disinfectant and Dettol? If not, why is Dettol so expensive???

Dettol can be used to keep your CB clean, especially on period days.

Keep the pubic area clean. Menstrual periods can be messy. It does not help if you have pubic hair that traps some of the blood as it flows out of the body. Besides, it can cause infections with inadequate daily cleaning. Before your period begins, clip your pubic hair as close to the skin as possible. When your period starts, make sure to take a wash twice a day with Dettol antiseptic liquid mixed in warm water. Dry out the area with clean tissue paper, finishing off with absorbent talcum powder to prevent chafing and rashes.

I almost wanted to start a thread to ask for recommendation for the best toilet paper. The kind that with a single swipe, all the sai will be caught by it.

not possible lah... sai sticks to dry skin no matter what you do. it's the nature of sai to adhere to dry surfaces. If on the other hand you coat your butthole with a hydrophobic layer, then it's possible to minimize the amount of sai stuck to you.

I'm looking forward to that day when toilet paper can do that, and that they can be recycled....
I just feel that there isn't enough R&D done when it comes to toilet paper.

I recommend this multi-purpose all-in-1 soap, super cheap and good. I remember using this as a kid for bathing, washing my hair, washing the dishes as well as washing clothes....
It also have that Dettol smell.
