Is Sengkang General Hospital a good hospital?

You mean whether it is CECA doctor or local doctor?

Yeah you get the gist. Any hospital is only as good as the doctor or surgeon that deals with your ailment. The hardware, the software, the chemicals and the drugs need to be used in a beneficial manner in order to fix you.

per Ai generated , not in any order of Goodness. :D

Depending what a Good Hospital means to you:

1. Nice doctors aka conmen
2, Nice nurses aka conwomen
3. Nice equipments
4. Low cost
5. Good location

The answer depends upon which doctors are on duty when you arrive.
Quality of a hospital depends on many variables, not just the loctors.

Nurse play a Verlee important role too.
I have beaten many nurses to puppies due to their laziness, neglecting the health of my loved ones.

Even portering service plays a large role.
Becos of their laziness, I have beaten them to puppies for not being able to deliver their services, causing unnecessary delays to the fasting leequired, in order to be pushed down to the radiology Dept.
I told them, if you cannot deliver this service, I will push down the patient myself. And you can do away with this shit service. And becos of your Dept, the ward disallow me to push the patient down by myself. Protocol and protocol
And here I'm not talking about a delay of few hours. They can delay for upto 24 hours or more, that I have encountered.
