Is Peter Lim Case going to collapse too, saboed by prosecution witnesses?

A prosecution witness in the Peter Lim sex-for-contracts trial yesterday said that there was no insider information involved in an April 2011 tender from the Singapore Civil Defence Force.

Lee Yong Chin, sales manager of Nimrod Engineering Pte Ltd, said under cross-examination by defence counsel Hamidul Haq that Nimrod was provided with tender specifications on April 21, 2011 - after the SCDF's invitation to tender was published on April 6.

"No employee of Nimrod had received any sort of insider information about the specs that are found in the April 6 tender as far as you know?" asked Mr Haq, of Rajah & Tann LLP.

Other reports included the couple of prosecution witnesses testifying that the woman involved does not deal/meet with clients, is not a shareholder of the company nor receive any commissions for sales.
