Electoral Boundary Review Committee was formed on 1 Aug 2019. GE 2020 ws speculated to be in Mar 2020. In previous GE, it took EBRC to announce its recommendations within 2 to 4 mths. It is almost 6mths now since EBRC was formed in 2019. How long more does 2019 EBRC need b4 it announces its recommendations for GE 2020?

PAP is in a quandary. With coronaviru still affecting SG, GE is not likely to be soon. Can pap afford to delay announcing findings and delay holding GE soon after?
