It is unlikely that anyone will find out, though there is a chance that someone outside all these equations knows something but not everything.

However, should X reveal to her half sister the truth before proceeding with a serious relationship?

If X does reveal to her half sister the truth, will she reject him? What if the half sister starts to avoid X even though they didn't enter into a serious relationship after the revelation?

If X doesn't reveal to her half sister the truth, can X live with his guilt?

What if one day, X's half sister finds out. Will she be devastated?

Go for it. X should take the secret to grave. Why feel guilty? He loves her, she loves him, that is as simple as it is. It is only complicated if you allow it to be. Take care of her, provide for her and have beautiful children with her.

Don't worry about things that hasn't come to pass. Life is short, go with your heart.

Everyone know you are X and you are talking about yourself.
If you are a m&d then it is OK. Your children will be retards given that both of you share the same father.
I am sure your ex is aware of this as you have shared this with her.

This is a true sequence of events. I am helping someone (Person X) to ask for advice. Please don't be nasty.

Assume the following:

1. X's father had a mistress for years. X's mother and younger brother doesn't know. But X found out many years ago and confronted his dad.

2. X's father apologised to X for his indiscretion. He requested that X kept this secondary family (comprising of X father's mistress and younger halfsister) a secret.

3. X father's mistress and halfsister also do not know that X has knowledge of X's father secondary family (up to this day).

4. Before his father's demise, X was tasked by his bedridden father to secretly transfer assets and money to the father's mistress. X did as instructed. X's father was worried that his secondary family would be caught out by lack of living expenses (post his death) and also the funds for the education of his daughter (X's half sister).

5. X's father also wanted a man he could trust to look after his secondary family post his demise, so that in times of need, his mistress or daughter would have a reliable man to help out.

After discussing with X, X's father entrusted X with the "guardian angel" role,.

X's father introduced X to his mistress and daughter. He told them.that X is his trusted young and able employee (instead of his real son) from his businesses.

6. X's father finally passed on.

7. Over the years, X frequently checked on his halfsister who was then studying in UK. He would even travel over to London to ensure that his halfsister's financial, housing and safety needs were.well taken care of. After all, she's his younger sister.

8. X's halfsister finally graduated and now back in Singapore. X would frequently meet up with her to ensure that everything is ok in her early career and life.

9. As time passed, X sort of became physically and intellectually attracted to his halfsister (who has now matured into a beautiful and sexy lady in her upper mid 20s).

This is especially so after X broke off with his current girlfriend. At times, X would get a hard-on (at home) because he had gone for an outing with his halfsister in the gym, shopping or for a swim at the club. The delightfully sexy image of his halfsister (sometimes in overalls) became evilly engraved in his naughty thoughts. He masturbated, but after his "release", he would always be in extreme guilt.

10. At the present moment, X sort of feels that his halfsister also likes him in the BGR sense. However, X is in a dilemma. His halfsister doesn't know he's her halfbrother.

Legally, it would be against the law for them to be married?

(Any lawyers can confirm?)

X would sometimes drive all the way to Mandai Columbarium. He would reprimand and blame (sometimes even verbally use the words "fxxking idiot" on) his deceased dad, for being an asshole and putting him in such a difficult dilemma.

Had his deceased dad stay faithful to X's mother, then none of this would happen right now. Isn't it?

Fxxking X's dad sowed the seeds, benefited the enjoyment of his dual women, and now X has to live and reap the shit.

Any good workable suggestions for X?

What should X do?

Update :

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legality_of_incest#Table

Interestingly, under the table, turns out there ARE indeed a handful of countries allow half-siblings, but not full siblings. So it's not all countries that treat half and full siblings the same. But doesn't include Singapore, unfortunately for X.
It's only 25% shared DNA between half siblings according to the link you provided. Assuming that X does not have children with his half sister, it should be fine, isn't it? Even if they intend to have kids, it means just higher risk that the child might be "defective". It isn't absolute "defectiveness", correct?

Yes, genetically speaking, low risk of genetic issues so not really a problem. Ethically speaking (morality is a religious delusion and not real), since it's between consenting adults, so no problem at all. It's only the legal aspect X needs to be careful about.

And knowing Sg's legal system works, even if X marries her in a country that allows half-siblings to get married, X & wifey can still get arrested and charged if they ever return to Sg.

Even living as cohabiting partners without being legally married? Are Singapore's laws that draconian?

The Sg law considers sexual intercourse between half-siblings as incestous and illegal, so only if/when someone (usually a disapproving relative or so-called friend, and usually religious thus misguided) makes a police report against them, then the police have to investigate and charge them for the crime after forcing one or both to admit to sexual relations.

So in conclusion, only if X and half-sister are confident of trusting and/or keeping their relationship (either BGR relationship or half-siblings relationship, or both) a secret from all family and friends, it's a risk they have to be willing to undertake for the rest of their lives in Sg.

Many thanks for helping me to clear my thoughts.

So if no one complains, nothing will happen right to Person X and the half sister, correct?

Correct, as long as no one makes a police report (or posts an expose on social media forcing the police to make their own report) against X, nothing will happen.

Chinese do it too. Only secretly. That why so many prostitutes as they learn the trade at a early age.
The only difference is Melayu too low IQ to ask for money after a fuck. They are so used to being used. Whereas for the dirty filthy desi, they pay $100 and beg people to fuck them also no business.

Thanks once again. I guess I know what I will be in for if I decide to take a certain course of action.

My uncle think in this case things onlee will happen in the netherworld court.

I am sure I will (or hope to) be forgiven. It was never intentional.
