Things must be really good, when you are collecting million dollar, your former home at Kim Keat Avenue was a.........and now, it is a castle.

certainly not. not everything would be ok.

some will fail, some will prospers. that's the nature of business. as for the current retail situation. many are banking on the influx of tourist from the IR. if the numbers do not come in, then we can expect more failure to follow.
