How the hell is CPF a form of banking? Did Roy Ngerng and Wakeup Singapore knows the definition of banking systems?!

CPF is a charity, we are the charitable ones that donate money to it, so that the 'poor houses', like MOF, GIC, TEMASEK can use the money...
 
they are not a bank in the traditonal sense for you and me,but they are a bank for ho ching and familee.
