“He was the first Singapore-born Indian to scale Mount Everest, reaching
the world’s highest peak in May.
Dr Kumaran Rasappan is already making plans to head back to Nepal next
year, to continue the charity work he had started when he was last
there.
The 28-year-old said he hopes to do more to help needy students in the
Nepalese town of Gorkha – where he was based while preparing for his epic
climb.
He also wants to take more doctors from Singapore with him on his next
trip, to provide health-care services to the poor Sherpa village of
Phortse.”
This is how the Shit Times is calling our citizens now.
Previously, we were called Chinese Singaporeans, Malay Singaporeans or Indian
Singaporeans. The emphasis was on the word Singaporeans. This was how we
differentiated ourselves from the Chinese in China or the Indians in India.
When we are overseas, we are so happy to meet a fellow Singaporean regardless
of his/her race. Things have changed since this ‘Pro Alien Party’ started to
open the floodgates to all foreigners who are totally unable to assimilate into
our Singapore society. Not only that, we are now seeing how these foreigners are
taking away the very thing which bind us all together SINGAPOREAN.
As you can see in this article of Oct 21, 2012 in the Shit Times, an Indian
Singaporean is now called a ‘Singapore-born Indian’. Obviously,
this article must be written by a ‘foreign talent’ in Shit Times, who knows
nothing about our history or people. We need to take our country back or very
soon, the word SINGAPOREAN will no longer exist.
.
Remember 2016
.
Editor’s note: Would ST call our PM, say,
‘Singapore-born Lee’ or ‘Singapore-born PM’ ?
Indian’[/h]
