Anyone, ANYONE, can just buy a cheap radio from Alibaba.com, use the right maritime radio frequency, and CLAIM to be the Iran Navy, and probably is just a fat man in a singlet sitting comfortably in a broken down home with goat's milk dripping down from his beard....
