While Trump is limited to his usual on mouth facing a press conference or "soft power" posturing on social media platform, the actual military "hardware" requires instructing CENTCOM to deploy a carrier strike group and its escort ships closer to the Iranian coast to do an effective blockading job.
It is also noteworthy that no US allies or GCC nations stepped forward to assist him, observing that once a unilateral approach turns to a multilateral one, it bypasses the traditional bilateral framework completely.
