Considering and Enforcing are TWO different meanings.
1. There is NO such thing as free lunch in this pragmatic World. Everything and issue comes with a price, some just mere cash that can be passed on to consumers, or some sadly, paid with the price of LIFE that is beyond any value on Earth....
2. Ultimately, thanks to Adam Smith's learned and experiences in his lifetime, the FREE MARKET dictates consumer choice.
3. There WILL be always ALTERNATIVES, as how dependence on fossil fuels caused GREATER innovations in energy needs, such as solar, wind, fracking, longer lasting battery tech, etc, as well as trade routes, BECAME cheaper to produce, manufacture and appreciated by consumers long hand twisted by fossil fuel market leaders. It is only a matter of time that fossil fuels itself becomes fossils - from the long gone dinosaur age....
4. Equally so, for both USA and the more saner and reasonable elements within the current leadership of Iran, the costs of PEACEFUL reconstruction, rehabilitation and uplift of lives, comes with a pragmatic price, as such funds had and will be been born by taxpayers from both sides, with NO thanks to the intransigent now dead devil Khamenei and his brainwashed terrorist IRGC/ Hezbollah acolytes whom ARE the cause of so much pain and suffering Worldwide, especially to the Persians.
5. They both will need TRILLIONS to do such, sadly the costs that had been made by idiotic terrorists, but Humankind will have to eventually pay.
6. EXTORTION will never pay, as Humankind are not fools. However, should both USA and Iran makes an appeal, to seek for REASONABLE DONATIONS instead, it may help, and no matter how limited it may be, EVERY single penny counts.
Donations only means giving freely, and NONE needs to donate if one does not wish to.
Usually, only the miserly will CHEAT, but on the WHOLE, most of Humankind have big hearts, and will donate WILLINGLY, to support worthy causes, so long as such funds COLLECTED are honestly AUDITED and meant to UPLIFT lives in the cause of Iran, not for their weapons built up that had impoverish their citizens for 30 over years, and in the cause of USA, to help rebuild and replenish its stocks of weapons that had been used to save Humankind....
This concept may draw little funds, as should it be reasonable to shipping firms, it may mean just a few hundreds per ship as only on the average 100+ ships sail thru the Hormuz Straits daily, but with innovative and efficient productive efforts, more ships may apply to sail thru that Straits, enabling more to be honestly earned and especially in diversified peaceful innovative trade. Every penny counts, rather than to go cap in hand to beg for funds, or worse, to steal, demand or threaten, which are a turn off to Civilized Humankind.
Rebuild and focus only on the necessary to uplift lives, no matter how small the amount is, and eventually, with pragmatic prudent spending and savings, dreams will come true, as proven in small nation states in this modern century.....
