Chinese are smart alecs. They know US military industrial complex have been scamming its customer, the pentagon, by overcharging and under producing.
It took decades to complete aircraft carrier ford and even then its full Of faults. Same thing can be said about other armaments.
US have bern supplying arms to ukraine and israel from its own stock and now it is depleted. That first decapitation strike failed. There is no back up strategy.
Both sides will have to slug it out till the ammo runsout.
That means for Ukraine too.
