the case might benefit the victim as the abuse went on for 5 years right? and 5 years can do alot of damage both psychologically and mentally,,this victim is 29yo and still and intern,,he might be suffering from stockholm syndrome,,like enjoy getting tortured by the boss...anyway..this 'victim' I doubt anyone will hire him cos its proven he is not of mentally sound mind..so this 100k or whatever is all he is going to get.
