Interesting conversation with a Mediterannean lady at the supermarket ....

We were both queing to pay .... this middle aged lady looks like from mediterannean region. She turned around and asked me why a carton of 10 eggs cost $2.00 but other cartons cost $3.70.

I thought for awhile and replied,"In this region, the hen who laid the $3.70 eggs, stay in air-con coop and also kena from handsomer cockerels"!!

I did not buy those packed in cartons, but at a local stall that sells eggs and other stuff. Just pick and choose.

If 2 yolks high cholesterol then do not eat eggs. We use the eggs mainly for making cakes.

His is half-boiled and warm. That is why it is white, while the normal egg white is transparent. Well maybe his is also transparent as there are nothing swimming inside.
