Insurance Agents from China, Philippines: Will you buy from them?

Understand from a friend that currently a lot of FTs from China and Philippines are applying for jobs in the Insurance Industry, quite a number of them for the post of a Insurance agent.

Would you buy your insurance(whether AIA, Prudential, AXA etc) from them?

No no no. Why would anyone buy from them? They might going back to their own country after few year. Then who will servicing the policy. Of course someone will take over but will hot happy about it because not getting big commission from the policy or zero.

You identified the key point. It is matter of integrity and accountability rather than the nationality of the insurance agent ultimately, though perceptions of the integrity of foreign nationalities are usually less positive than that of nationals - this is a natural human response that does not always prove to be accurate. Another point to note is insurance agents may not always be totally aware of the full implications of the financial products they promote as the financial institutions that they work for, may not have sufficiently educated them on the nature of the products.

I never trust insurance agents generally. They only come to you when they want to sell you a policy and then f**k off forever. I bought many insurance policies from closest friends, same thing happen.....they talk a lot, then when you need them to help u for insurance claims , they give all sorts of excuse like not free....assholes

UNFORTUNATELY, the criterion used by the ruling party to distinguish between "destructive" and "constructive" Opposition are biased, lop-sided and self-serving, and what the PAP terms "destructive" may in fact be the Opposition that promotes human rights, dignity, freedom, and democracy in Singapore!

"destructive" means any political opposition members that threatens the survival of PAP

"constructive" are those pseudo oppositon members planted by PAP


Defintions, my young learned fren, depends on who makes the definitions? Definitions by anyone with self -vested interests, political or otherwise, are always biased towards their own selfish gains...applies equally to both PAP or the opposition parties.
