Insurance advice from TKL

Imagine this scenario
1. You have recently qualified as an insurance agent or financial adviser and are eager to sell a life insurance policy to a friend or family member to give financial security for their family
2. You can earn commission of $1,000 by selling the policy
3. You learn later that the policyholder will lose $3,000 when they terminate the policy after a few years and he need to spend only $300 for the same insurance cover.
If you know the facts, would you sell this policy and make your friend or family member lose so much? Quite likely, you would not. But being unaware, you are keen to do what is good for the people close to you, and to earn a good income as well.
Over the years, the agency managers have been recruiting and training young people to sell the life insurance policies to their friends and family members - as the young agents do not know the true situation.
If you want to know the truth of these life insurance policies, you should register for this talk on 10 January, which is only 3 days away.

This fucktard lost his deposit in the Presidential Elections. He also did not give any form of advisory on crappy insurance plans to avoid when he was the NTUC Income boss. I would not take his financial advise seriously. From the way he behaves, it seems that he is disgruntled employee that parted unhappily with NTUC and is trying to get back at them.
