It appears that the ring which began as a commercial enterprise ended up being a closed user forum with intro and recommendation required. The clients appear overtime to have crossed the boundary and were promoting and or supporting the enterprise and receiving freebies and discounts. They probably did not realise that they had crossed the boundary.

This is going to be an interesting case as on a number of fronts from applicable law, client lists,

I think this has more to do with the fact that some of the fruits involved were not ripe. My hypothesis is that they adopted a closed user forum because they were actively dealing in unripe fruits, something not available in the legal fruit shops.
