Insensitive and Unconcern Boss

What if u have a boss like this one :

Her boss (male) always say he appreciates very much for what she has done as she is doing everything relating to all the admin stuff and he knew it. But comes to other things besides work, he forgot abt her. Never shows concern and sometimes very sarcastic.

What would u do?

It's not the boss's job to be sensitive and caring. Bosses hire employees to get a job done. A salary is paid and work is performed in return in accordance with the employment contract..

Those who need sensitivity and concern should get it from their family and friends or pay a whore by the hour.
