Indian national recruiter: “If you asked from our
experience point of view, we find that it’s extremely difficult to meet a lot of
requirements from the local workforce.” (On Reuter's video interview)
What the F*** is this Indian national recruiter doing recruitment of Indians
from India in Singapore??
Do we have Singaporean national recruiter stationed in New York, Washington,
London, Rome, Shanghai and Beijing recruiting Singaporeans for jobs in these
cities??
This F*** Indian recruiter firstly has no right to do any business of
recruitment in Singapore, and secondly she has no right to speak especially in
saying that “it’s extremely difficult to meet a lot of requirements from the
local workforce”.
This woman is speaking as if she’s sitting in her office in her home country
India!! Listen woman, you come to do business in Singapore you don’t set your
requirements here, it should be our requirements and conditions by which you
should abide. If your Indian clients finds it hard to recruit locals to meet
Indian requirements then your Indian clients should not have invested in
Singapore in the first place.
Why not ask your client to invest in UK or America and bring with them their
special Indian requirements to recruit staff there, or better still, import
loads of Indians from India to America or UK like you do it here in Singapore,
how does that sound?
All other countries in the world welcome foreign investors into their country
on condition that they generate employment and raise production skill for the
local work force, what condition has our government imposed on foreign
investors? A free-for-all business haven where they can do as they please??
