Such a mess at Changi Business Park but nobody cleans up

STOMPer DK found lots of litter and dustbins packed full of trash at Changi Business Park. He wonders why nothing has been done to clear the mess up.

In an email today (Apr 23) he described what he saw:

"This location is Changi Business Park.

"Nobody comes to clean up this area. There's so much litter and the bins are full."
