[h=1]FT TAKES OVER AS CEO AND THEN MOVES BUSINESS TO INDIA[/h]

Hi, I have heard many stories about how foreign talents came to Singapore and end up screwing up the lives of local people but never really experienced it up close, until this incident happened to my sibling.
My sibling has been working in this foreign company around plaza Singapura/Park Mall area for many years. Until recently the company hired an Indian CEO from India to overlook the Singapore office.
However just 3 months into his arrival, he decided to overhaul the Singapore office and guess what he decided to shift it back home to India to allow his indian workers to takeover!! This is a classic example of FT not willing to integrate with the local people/community. The reason given was that Singapore workers too costly, but the other reason is that he said Singaporeans are racist!!? I mean how the hell you know that Singaporeans are racist when you have only been here for 3 months or so?
By moving the Singapore office, you can imagine how the action of 1 FT causes many Singaporeans to lose their jobs!
I really thought that was the end of the saga, but no…. This Indian FT decided to tweak the retrenchment package so much less which further caused those affected really stressed and desperate. And he still claims that there is no MOM regulations to say that he can’t do that (which in fact there is really no regulations on retrenchment) and that retrenchment package is actually a token from the company.
This episode really shows some idiots who are tasked to come to Singapore to work end up wrecking the lives of our local people.
I have no problems with FTs coming here to work as long as they integrate with us and not screw us up. I was wondering by shifting office to India to allow his indian workers to take over, isn’t that racist too??
