The STOMPer describes the situation:

"I saw this group of foreign workers trying to flag a cab along River Valley Road, next to the entrance of Kellock Road.

"They were standing on one of three lanes on the road, talking loudly to each other and blocking traffic.

"Buses that passed by even had to swerve to another lane to avoid hitting the workers, and they were not in the least bothered when vehicles honked at them when passing by."
