Indian customer buy 6 chicken burgers, get 1 beef burger for free from A&W.

The staff does not inform the customer that they can get a free burger and put it in the takeaway packaging. Back home, the customer didn't notice and ate the beef burger.

Hindus do not eat beef. Now I'm dizzy thinking whose fault it is

Customer service training is very bad in jiu hu. this is a non issue. If they had not been taught in school, they should have been taught in training schools tgat some hindus and chinese do not eat beef. The manager can easily replace the eaten beef with a free chicken burger. Save everybody time doing endless discussion. Its a RM10 damage which she can easily put this under customer wrongful order company account.

Cannot blame people. We can’t know if the dark skin India origin is Christina, Muslim or Hindu and they also don’t bother to tell people that they cannot eat beef

MacDonald people also cannot differentiate if they are Malay or Indian since they are dark skin.

Even if they are Indian, they could be Indian Muslim mamak or Indian with angmoh name such as DeSouza .

In Malaysia , beef burger is cheaper than chicken burger.

I suspect their beef is from buffalo meat, mainly from India,

Like i said, ot can be easily resolve if the manager was better trained. Now they may lose a customer.
If a malay was given pork burger, the place would have been burned to a crisp.

Change the word "Beef" to "cattle" burger, problem solved.
