A friend of mine in one of 5 eye BE had a minor car accident, no human casuality, a minor knock, and wrote a claim statement at a office of all indian nationality.
It was 9 months ago and yet ah neh are still at it clearing the case.
They send him a letter of written statement which they drafted to ask him to sign. OMG, it was a kindergarten kid statement totally different from his original statement.
Blatant lies. The law firm says the other insurance coy want to claim excessive damage cost and this insurance refuse to budge. Hence the blatant statement lies they hv to create to get him sign to go to court hearing.
Totally a typical Indian liar to put him into trouble of committing crime of perjury at the court hearing if the other side decide to subpoena him to court to testify to get him lied under oath.
OMG, this is what u get Indian lawyer liars into yr country for population growth to drive the economy. A rent seeking economy taking in legal law liars and 王八羔子 for yr country....
Be careful when dealing with legal liar ah neh..... stay away from commiting crime of Perjury if u see an Indian legal company getting u in trouble with the law y are not aware of to lie at courtroom...
Crime of Perjury lie in court room giving false statement... 3 year jail per false statement made...
Crime of Felony 20 year jail for commiting crime of lying in court hearing to a crime act by the defendant...
