All these questions are not found in internet and also rarely been answered by any loctor KNN

1. If we only eat standard 3 meals per day and produces plenty of sai does it mean nutrients are not being absorbed properly ? KNN also does it mean this person rikely won't be fat or overweight? KNN

2. How to know if all sai has been cleared from the colon KNN my uncle did a test I.e morning he shit an average amount approx 0.5kg of sai smoothltly and later he took dulcolax and 5 hours later another 1kg of sai came out KNN which means if he didn't took the dulcolax the balance 1kg will be stored but during the morning movement he didn't have any feeling of constipation and the 0.5kg came out perfectly KNN in such situation is it normal for the balance to be stored in the colon? KNN if he didn't took the dulcolax will the balance of 1kg come out smoothly the next day since logically he is not constipated KNN this particular question is to find out whether is it mean my uncle was constipated without knowing KNN
 
3. For a normal healthy person is it means most of the sai in the colon are passed out on daily basis and new sai to form with new meals ? KNN or it is normal for old sai to be stored for 1 to 2 days while new sai is formed at the same time during new meals intake KNN

4. Previously my uncle always hearsay and thought taking high fiber will help with bowel movement only recently he learnt that actually it is for forming bulk KNN i.e if the gut is not healthy enough to move taking fiber is also no use KNN
 
5. Reference to part 4 does it mean when people say take stool softener it is to let the bulk be a soft bulk ? KNN else it doesn't make sense to take fiber to form bulk and later take stool softener to liquidify it again KNN

I thought floating shit means good. Sinking shit means that you have too much junk in you. Prof Shit please enlighten us.

Tell your uncle to increase his consumption of probiotics and prebiotics. You can easily research on the various types and sources. Fermented foods are also a good source beyond yoghurt and kefir. But if his gut is weak to begin with, increase it slowly, body needs time to adapt. Initially might feel bloated or lao sai... But this too shall pass. :biggrin:

I think you should ask the Sai king bro/sis eatshit.

As eatshit mentioned, a lot of the shit is actually dead bacteria. There is bacteria bloom in our gut when we eat certain types of food which nourishes them, and die off quickly producing shit.
