太陽花學運占領立法院事件二審宣判，黃國昌等 22 人維持原判無罪，這項判決令學運人士振奮；稍早之前，總統府也宣布將興建「景觀圍籬」，白話就是「美化後的柵欄」，兩件事一前一後出現，別有意味。
2014 年因質疑立法院黑箱審查服貿協議引爆「318 太陽花」學運，檢方事後依煽惑他人犯罪、妨害公務等多罪起訴學運領袖黃國昌、林飛帆、陳為廷等 22 人。台北地院一審以本案符合「公民不服從」等阻卻違法事由，判他們無罪。檢方不服繼續上訴，高等法院 13 日二審宣判駁回上訴，維持無罪原判。

服貿的抗爭，畢竟屬於經濟市場開放層次，與黑奴、種族、族群壓抑等人權議題不同。經濟市場該開放或不開放，各有利弊可以討論。從歷史角度來看，許多當年對的事，經過 50年、100年，甚至 200 年的回頭檢視，不見得觀點都跟當時一樣，一切都很難論斷。
法院一、二審的判決，已經說明群眾衝進立法院無罪論，現在的立法院因此堆起更多、更高的拒馬，封閉更廣的路口，總統府也跟進興建「景觀圍籬」，只是圍籬防制的對象是自己人民，占領風已在台灣各地慢慢吹起....。
