A taxi driver in Singapore is nothing but a prostitute. Think of it. We have this blood-sucking government agency called LTA in our back, day in and day out, busy summonsing cab drivers to their offices, pulling their pants down and verbally screwing them. Then we have the blood thirsty taxi operators that don’t bother fixing the cabs properly like changing worn-out tyres and removing ABS air-bags and as a result cab drivers end up having accidents and dying. Then you have the traffic cops giving you questionable tickets for picking or dropping in a bus lanes. To top it all is having to deal with all those mentally sick, drunken ang-moh and fare beaters. Like prostitutes, we have to service our customers without questions once they land their buttocks on our seats.

I am not a taxi driver so this post is not derogatory to me.

i hate most cabbies.
they often shoved into my lane with the shortest notice..when they spot potential customers.(basic theory stated signal early and long enough for rear drivers to notice your intention )
when i want to change lane..they will not spare you any chance..they will speed up.
when cruising at highway..they will drive so close to you..side mirror to side mirror almost banging.
they often stop at roadside causing many jam behind

And "ADVICE" is a non countable noun. You don't add an "s" to make it plural.

cabbies are for fuck up, born losers whiners sinkies. those useless sinkies retrenched because of idiocy . I laughed when I read the article. they are deluded. delusions of grandeur. even prostitutes have a higher social standing than them. these assholes are like cockroaches. in life things are simple. they have a choice. if not happy please do not be a cabby. only singaporeans can apply to be a cabby(only job protected by garmen and meant for bornlosers who cannot get other jobs like road sweepers or garbage collectors who are not protected by garmen) and that tells alot of the type of people cabbies are. bloody whinners, good for nothing.

come on guys, cabbies are doing a job in order to feed their families. I suspect all who pose negative comments about cabbies here are not staying in HDB. You were born into a better family or did well in life does not mean you try to look down on other people profession. At least a cabby is trying to make an honest living.

Many cabbies are getting younger these days. They cannot find jobs in their home country due to bad political policies does not mean that they are born losers.
