has anyone here tried doing this walk in the rain or during haze season? Curious how that changes the effort or routine, especially with all the stairs and uneven ground. Also wondering if anyone uses any tracking apps for routes like this, or just go old-school and walk by feel?
 
I did something similar around my estate and tracked results over a few weeks. Knee felt better, sleep improved, and even the stubborn belly shrank a little.
