There's only one way. Change your lifestyle:
Change your diet, eat whole foods. Drink less alcohol.
Exercise. Be consistent and show up every day. Strength training, resistance and cardio. Swim and run.
Take regular energy breaks to lower stress levels. Don't avoid the sun. Some sunlight is good for health.
Before long, you'll lose weight and your body contours will improve. You'll look and feel good.
Do not take short cuts like liposuction and cosmetic body-contouring procedures.
This poor chap thought he could be smart and "lose weight" the fast and easy way by paying for a quickie liposuction procedure done over his lunch break, and still make it back in time for his afternoon meetings.
