If wealthy Woffles Wu can get away, so can merchant Seah
More 'wayang' show trial of merchant Seah Ah Thiam
The CNA Mouthpiece gleefully reports more wayang surfacing on day two of the trial involving Esun International's president, Merchant Seah Ah Thiam.
Prosecution witness construction merchant Ah Ong Ong, 54, took the stand for a second day in the show trial.
Merchant Seah is accused of abetting his peasant driver Mohamad Azmi Abdul Wahab to get someone called "Salami Badrus" to take the rap for his chum Ah Ong's traffic offence.
Clever peasant will realise the wealthy influential Woffles Wu commited the same sin and escaped with a cheap fine. You see, if you are rich, you can get away with everything and merchants Seah and Ong are in the know.
Hence it is no surprise Merchant Seah is also fighting a similar charge of abetting Mohamad Azmi in August 2009 to find a "Rosniwati Jumani" to take the rap for another friend, Mr John Ho Ah Huat, the former CEO of Scorpio East Entertainment.
The trio are regular visitors to Las Vegas KTV where they hatched this silly plot with PRC KTV gals egging them on to test the system and prove their wealth and influence to the stupid peasants.
In the morning, Deputy Public Lackey (DPL) Christine Liu, obviously someone who hates KTV, sought to replace parts of Merchant Ong's testimony in court with statements made previously to the Corrupt Practices Inquisition Bureau (CPIB) during its investigation. The CPIB is simply a goon organisation used to punish lackeys and minions using mock up corruption charges.
The move follows Merchant Ong's contradicting evidence bordering on drama. His flip flopping will amaze an Ah Neh prata flipper.
In simple speak, he took the inexperience legal lackey Christine Liu for a ride by changing his statements. Christine should visit Las Vegas KTV and see how those low crass merchants play language games with PRC KTV hostess before taking on the cunning Seah and Ong.
After a series of flip-flops, merchant Seah plays the clown by telling the court that there was no business dealing between him and Seah and that the accused did not stand to gain for getting substitutes to take the blame.
As quickly as he strip panties from PRC hostess, Merchant Ong also told the kangaroo court that he did not know of any reason for Seah to get substitutes to take the rap for the traffic offences. He hints it is cheaper to get PRC hostess to take the rap as they are foreign talents.
The show trial continues and will probably see the kangaroo judge award fines for the jokers using Woffles Wu Incident as precedent. Kangaroo judge would probably cite those two merchants despite their clownish antics provide employment to stupid peasants and a jail terms will be a mockery for their charity acts.
