Mr Loser, I'll assume this is a serious question.

All of us who have served in uniform will have learnt the difference between a lawful and an unlawful order. Some of us are fortunate to have learnt about the difference between lawful merely in the context of written law and the concept of natural justice.

So, I will have to make a quick evaluation and decide if I have the moral courage to stand up to the decision. If it is clear, I'm confident I will, not because I'm extraordinarily brave but because I'm too afraid to have to face the consequences beyond carrying out an atrocity.

Senior officers of the uniform forces know that the lower ranks cannot be trusted to carry out their orders. In real conflict, the expectations is that the guns will be trained at the senior officers.
There is a great disconnect between the doers and the so called leaders; the latter didn't earn the right to lead and they know that. When the situation arises, they will run road than face the people.

Sometimes the commander who's barking instructions does not know the real situation. You need the people at the ground to exercise their judgement.

Smart leaders know how to appropriately delegate authority. Stupid leaders don't know how to achieve that balance, so they either become micromanaging freaks, or go on 'auto-pilot' mode and taichi the responsibilities away (but quick to claim credit when things worked out brilliantly).

I will not care if the protestor only screaming and shouting without damage any property or violent act( throw thing or burning thing).
If protestor start violent act I will use the force. Peaceful protest >>> I using peaceful method or humane method
Violent protest >> I will use whatever force >>> baton,tear gas, water cannon mix with pepper/chilli.....................

It is the divine duty of any law enforcement authority to ascertain whether it is fair and just to unleash bloodshed. i certainly don't agree with yr line that one should shoot first and talk later. u r belittling the value of human lives. Can u imagine if yr parents were among the protestors and the riot police decides to adopt yr reckless rules of engagement?
